RULES OF THE ULTRA EUROPE “CELEBRATION TO REMEMBER” WINNING CONTEST

The purpose of these rules is to ensure equality for all participants and equal opportunities for winning the prize after completing all the terms mentioned in these rules.

Article 1

The Organizer of the “Celebration to Remember” Winning Contest and the Data Controller is MPG LIVE d.o.o., Nova Ves 17, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 67208891112, e-mail: [email protected], hereinafter “the Organizer”.

The Instagram profile where the contest is published www.instagram.com/ultraeurope/ is managed by Envy d.o.o., Nova Ves 17, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 35359755966 e-mail: [email protected] , who is also Administrator of this contest and Data Processor, hereinafter “the Administrator”. 

The “Celebration to Remember” Winning Contest is not administered or sponsored by Ultra Worldwide, including Ultra Worldwide’ affiliated entities, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, indemnitees and agents (together, “Ultra Worldwide”). Participants agree that Ultra Worldwide has no responsibility or liability to any participants relating to the contest or any prize. Participants agree that all complaints or questions must be directed to the Organizer and not to Ultra Worldwide.

The winning contest is organized for the purpose of promotion Ultra Europe Festival.

The duration of the “Celebration to Remember” Winning Contest is from 00:00 AM CEST until 11:59 PM CEST on the 23rd of May 2024.

Article 2

In this winning contest will be declared 2 winners from all the participants.

Each winning contest winner will get:

1. 2x 3-day GA tickets
2. 2x UE Merch package

Total value of the prize fund is 578€ (VAT included). Prizes cannot be replaced for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.

Article 3 – The participants of the winning contest

Participants in the winning contest (further „Participant“) can be all natural persons over 18 years old from every country in the world who fulfils the terms of the “Celebration to Remember” winning contest on Instagram.

Employees of the Organizer MPG LIVE d.o.o., the Administrator Envy d.o.o. and the Sponsor of the “Celebration to Remember” winning contest cannot participate in the winning contest “Celebration to Remember”.

Article 4

The participation in this winning contest takes place at the Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/). To participate in this winning contest, participant must have a public Instagram profile and fulfil all the asked terms:

1. Click the “ADD YOURS” sticker on ULTRA Europe story and share your most special birthday celebration.
2. Post it from 00:00 AM CEST until 11:59 PM CEST on the 23rd of May 2024

Each participant in the winning contest can participate multiple times but can only win one prize in this winning contest.

Article 5 – The duration of the winning contest

On May 23^rd, 2024 at 11:59 PM CEST the winning contest is over. In the following 8 days, the winner will be declared by the official jury of the Organizer based on the creativity of the participants.

Winner will be informed via Instagram’s direct message until June 1^st, 2024 

The result of the winning contest and the announcement of the winners will be published on Ultra Europe Instagram https://www.instagram.com/ultraeurope/ not later than 8 days after the end of the winning contest.

Article 6

A cash payment of the prizes is not possible.

All cheating methods to manipulate this winning contest is forbidden and will suspend its participant from the winning contest.

MPG LIVE d.o.o. reserves any right to disqualify the participant if they are acting against these conditions.

MPG LIVE d.o.o. reserves the right at any time to change the terms of participation and the end of “Celebration to Remember” Giveaway before stated end in these rules about what all participants will be informed on the website where the contest rules are published.

Influencing to the official jury of the Organizer is not allowed. 

The prizes will be sent by the Organizer within 7 days from the date of the winner’s announcement, or during that period the winner must take over the prize from the Organizer if they agree takeover prize on that way.

By sending/submitting the prize, all obligations of the Organizer of winning contest to the winners are terminated and the prize cannot be replaced for money or any other prize.

Article 7

All personal data of participants will be used, processed and saved only for the “Celebration to Remember” Giveaway and will not be used for any other purpose. Forwarding of data to third parties will not take place, except for entities involved in the winning contest in accordance with these Rules.

By signing up for the “Celebration to Remember” Giveaway, the participants agree that the Administrator as the Data Processor may process the data for conducting the winning contest. 

Data Controller and Data Processor will process all personal data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The Organizer and Administrator will retain the personal data of the participants of the winning contest “Celebration to Remember” Giveaway for the next 120 days after the end of the contest, after which the data will be deleted, except personal data of the winner, which will be stored for 11 years, according to the accounting law for the purpose of proof for delivering prizes.

Data Controller and Data Processor will erase the personal data after the winning contest “Celebration to Remember” Giveaway is finished and will not use it for any other purpose. 

Supplying the data is voluntary, however it is necessary to participate in the winning contest. In case Participant considers the data processing to conflict with protection of his/her private or personal life or contrary to the law, he/she may turn to the Data Controller for explanation and has right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Each participant has the right to request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

The participant has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Data Controller will not disclose or give information to third parties except subjects involved in the implementation of the winning contest. Winner of the “Celebration to Remember” Giveaway agree that the Organizer can use their name and address (referring only to the city and country) and a video with which they applied for the contest and which the winner sends alone to Data Controller and Data Processor, regarding the publish of takeover the prizes in articles and reports without any compensation, for the purpose of the public announcement of the results of the winning contest “Celebration to Remember”.

Article 8

MPG LIVE d.o.o. transmits Personal Data outside the EU and EGP, except Switzerland, in particular in the United States, but always based on data protection measures according to the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Article 9

Instagram (Meta) is not responsible for or has anything to do with the promotion and is relieved of any responsibility towards each individual participant. Instagram do not sponsor or manage the contest in any way, nor is it affiliated in any way with Facebook / Instagram.

Instagram here serves as platforms for the implementation of the winning contest and have access to your personal data in the measures described in the privacy policy, which can be found at: https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875/?maybe_redirect_pol=0.

Article 10

Participants automatically accept the current official rules by their application for participation in the “Celebration to Remember” Giveaway.

The Organizer has the right to cancel or stop the winning contest in the case of force major.

Article 11

The Organizer, the Administrator or any company engaged by the Organizer for the execution of the “Celebration to Remember” Giveaway does not assume responsibility and doesn’t have to pay any kind of compensation for costs, damages or losses due to delay and lack of implementation of “Celebration to Remember”  winning contest, and during the participation in the “Celebration to Remember” winning contest.

Article 12

The Organizer is authorized, based on a discretionary assessment at any time and without justification, to disqualify participants if they violate the legal regulations or with their actions violates the reputation or damages the interests of the Organizer. Participants of the “Celebration to Remember” winning contest, by accepting the participation rules, completely renounce to any claims from the Organizer based on any form of compensation for any costs or damages that may arise while fulfilling their tasks prescribed by these rules.

The Organizer does not assume any responsibility for:

• any consequences resulting from misuse of content by participants and abuse of the system in the functioning of the winning contest at the expense of the participants or third parties 

• (non) functioning of the Internet or Instagram and the consequences of (no) functioning regardless of the reason (s) of functioning

• if the content created by the Participant violates the rights, patents or trademarks of third parties, the Organizer has the right to remove such content without reason;

• the Organizer also has the right without reason to remove any content that constitutes discrimination, negligent content, and insult on racial, religious or any other basis on his or her own judgment.

Article 13

Acceptance of these Rules, the winner of this winning contest, grants the right to the Organizer to exclusive exploitation of the copyright on the applied work and the advertising of the same worldwide in offline and online media for the purpose of announcing the results of the winning contest.

Article 14

By applying in the winning contest, participants renounce any further claims against the Organizer on any grounds.

Article 15

Organizer and Administrator shall not take any responsibility for the loss of the postal mails.

Article 16

Organizer does not give out any additional prizes above those listed in present rules of the winning contest.

Article 17

Organizer accepts no winning contest-related complaints 60 days after the closing of the winning contest.

Article 18

County court in Zagreb is responsible in the case of plea between the Organizer and Participants.
