Before the Purchase
Ticket sales begin far in advance of the event. Usually, there will be a limited sale of tickets early in the summer followed by a larger offering in the fall. Generally, the longer you wait to buy tickets, the more expensive they will be. Those who purchase tickets early sometimes pay as little as 50% as much as those who attempt to purchase at the last minute.
In order to have the option to purchase the lowest-priced tickets available, you must first sign up for Ultra Worldwide’s brand new customer loyalty program, Ultra Passport. (Click Sign In in the top right corner to get started). The program rewards our most dedicated customers for their attendance of Ultra Worldwide events, and provides customers an opportunity to explore our many destinations. Once you create (and verify) your Ultra Passport account, you will be able to register for the lowest-cost tickets available to all future Ultra Worldwide events with one easy click. Once registered, you will receive an email to your Ultra Passport email address with purchase instructions approximately 1-2 days before these tickets go on sale. Be sure to follow the instructions in the registration email carefully to avoid unnecessary delays when purchasing your ticket(s).

The Ultra Europe Festival is a 3-day electronic music experience unlike anything you’ve ever witnessed before.
To make the festival the most enjoyable experience possible, we advise wearing comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate for southern Croatian’s hot and sunny weather and making sure to note where medical staff is available in the event of an emergency.
The following measures are ones that should be paid close attention to in order to improve your experience at Ultra Europe.
- Be sure to take note of what items are allowed and not allowed into the event venue. Some prohibited items include obvious ones such as weapons and illegal drugs, but also include backpacks that are NOT made of clear material (plastic, PVC, mesh). A full list of prohibited items can be found here, and more information about the clear bag policy can be found here.
- Pace yourself. There are three full days of festival fun, so make sure you take some time to give your body a break if you feel it needs one.
- If you exit the event, you will not be able to re-enter the venue until the following day. However, everything that you need during the festival, you should be able to find inside the event venue.
